By accessing or using Brighton Weekend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Brighton Weekend helps users discover events in Brighton and Hove, organise groups and share plans. Event information may be supplied by the app team or community users and may change. Brighton Weekend does not guarantee that event information, prices, availability or ticket links are complete or accurate.
3. Accounts
You sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for maintaining the security of your Google account.
4. Community content
You are responsible for information you add to groups or community events. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory or harmful material, impersonate another person, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
5. Third-party links
Brighton Weekend may link to third-party ticketing sites, venues and other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Brighton Weekend is not responsible for their services or transactions.
6. Availability
The service may occasionally be unavailable, changed or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as Brighton Weekend develops. The current version will be published on this page.
